Alexandra (Ally) won the overall NPC Excalibur Bikini contest 2014! She has been a personal trainer and meal prep guru for 6 years, while being involved in athletics all her life. She loves changing lives and being in the fitness and wellness industry!

Caroline is the wife of Sage Noh, and co-founder of Sage Fitness West! After the birth of their son in 2015 Caroline lost 50 pounds and has kept it off through the adoption of the total blend of mind, body, and spirit that is the Sage Fitness lifestyle. She is a certified TRX and Sage Strength™ Instructor and will help inspire you to be the best version of yourself no matter what stage of life you are in.

Cadence believes fitness is her passion because of all the health benefits it provides. Her goal is to help clients grow, move, and perform better. She has a kinesiology background and specialization in corrective exercise and functional aging. Cadence also has years of experience with weight loss clients and nutritional coaching.
Juwon T. Nichols
ACE CPT, CPR/AED
Juwon Nichols is a dynamic fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience in providing tools for people to reach athletic and fitness goals. Juwon has served in the United States Air Force where he assisted Active Duty Service Men/Women in conquering predetermined fitness benchmarks and goals. With acquiring an M.S. in Exercise Science, Juwon has been afforded the privilege to promote health and wellness to several populations--from college athletes to persons diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and individuals with special abilities.

Maxwell is a certified Personal trainer and certified Holistic fitness nutrition specialist with the National College of Exercise Professionals(NCEP) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a Course intructor for NCEP. Educating the next new generation of personal trainers. He is experienced with corrective exercise, performance training, special populations, and pre- and post-natal, strength, endurance & wieghtloss training.
Maxwell is a men's physique athlete; having won a 1st place and many top 5's with NPC & Muscle beach.
NASM CPT, CPR/AED
Tyler's primary focus is on weight loss/toning, but he has also worked with clients looking to increase muscle size, mobility, and strength. Additionally, he's worked with women looking to stay active during pregnancy. Tyler's approach to working with clientele is that of a team effort.
